Payments & Refunds

  1. Payment Terms
    All subscriptions to Subbie Hub require full payment at the time of sign-up. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Subscription Billing & Renewal
    Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Renewal notifications will be sent by email at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Payments already made are
    non-refundable.
  3. Refunds
    Refunds are not normally provided. Exceptions may include duplicate payments or payment errors caused by Subbie Hub. Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of payment.
  4. Failed or Late Payments
    Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension of your account until payment is made. Subbie Hub reserves the right to request payment of any outstanding fees before restoring access.
  5. Chargebacks
    Initiating a chargeback without contacting Subbie Hub may lead to account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks if payment was correctly processed.
